Our MOQ is 500 pieces per design. For mixed designs, the total quantity must still meet this per-design threshold. This policy balances efficient production with flexibility for importers and promotional companies testing new styles. For large-volume programs, we can discuss reduced MOQs on a case-by-case basis.

We deliver custom samples within 7 working days after drawing approval and deposit. Production lead time is 25–30 working days after sample confirmation and receipt of the T/T deposit. Complex decorations or peak season may add 3–5 days. We always confirm final timelines in the proforma invoice.

Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit with order, balance against the B/L copy before release. For orders above USD 30,000, we accept L/C at sight with a 30% advance T/T. Sample charges and small trials can be paid via PayPal or credit card. All quotes are in USD.

Yes. We provide full OEM/ODM service with in-house logo customization: screen printing, laser engraving, and color coating. Private label packaging is available, including branded sleeves and hang tags. MOQ remains 500 pieces per design, and we can produce 3D mold samples in 7 days for your approval.

You may select color (powder coating or natural stainless), lid type (flip, screw, or slider), packaging (white box, color box, or custom gift box), and logo decoration method. Single-color logos are included; multi-color or complex designs may incur a small setup fee. All choices are locked at sample approval.

Every unit passes vacuum insulation and leak-proof testing before packing. For lot verification, our QC team draws random samples per AQL 2.5 Level II for visual, capacity, and thermal performance checks. In-process inspections at each station keep our defect rate below 0.5%, and we retain batch records for 12 months.

We provide a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, covering vacuum loss, leakage, and material flaws. Claims require photo evidence and batch traceability. Our field failure rate over the past 3 years is under 0.3%. Valid claims result in credit or replacement in the next shipment.

We ship EXW, FOB Ningbo, or CIF to your port. Production orders go by sea freight, typically 20–40 days transit depending on destination. Samples ship via DHL, FedEx, or UPS in 3–5 days. Standard packing is individual poly bag, white box, then export-grade master carton with foam partitions.
