Every unit is built from food-grade 304 stainless steel under one roof, from tube cutting and hydroforming to vacuum insulation and final assembly. Our QA lab runs thermal retention checks, vacuum integrity tests, and leak-proof submersion on every single piece—not batch sampling. Automated laser engraving and screen-printing stations handle logo customization in-line, backed by 72-hour aging tests on coated finishes to verify adhesion and color fastness.

Purchasing engineers send us a spec sheet or reference sample; we return a detailed quotation within 24 hours, including 3D renderings for custom shapes and layer-by-layer decoration proofs. Samples ship in 7 working days via DHL or FedEx. For production orders, we provide a full material breakdown and a pre-production sample for drawing approval before cutting steel. Our standard payment terms are 30% T/T deposit, balance against B/L copy, with L/C at sight available for orders above USD 30,000.
